If a parcel is lost, damaged or not delivered during delivery, earnings for this parcel will not be settled.
If a parcel is rejected by the recipient or returned by system during delivery, earnings for this parcel will be settled normally.
Except lost parcels, all other abnormal parcels must be returned to the warehouse on time, otherwise it will affect the settlement of the entire order.
If the delivery is not completed due to insufficient time, you can choose to take parcels home for next day delivery. Earnings will still be settled normally if you finish delivery.
You need to click "Help" on the APP order page to report the lost item, and provide corresponding descriptions and pictures.
