settlement cycle
Earnings will be paid every Thursday. These weekly payments will reflect deliveries completed the previous week from 00:00 Monday to 24:00 Sunday.
In case of holidays, the settlement will be made one day in advance.
After completing the payment, you will receive a payment notification through e-mail.
Payment processing time is estimated to be 1-5 days, depending on your bank's efficiency.
GST and invoices
If you have registered Goods and Services Tax (GST) and submitted related information on our APP, Fast Horse Express will issue an invoice for you and send it with payment notice on the settlement date by email.
If you do not register GST yet, you need to generate an invoice through our app before each settlement day (by Wednesday) in order to get timely settlement payment on Thursday. APP path: Personal Center - My Revenue - To Be Invoiced - Generate Invoice. You can download the invoice through the app.
Your earnings are determined by factors such as the distance traveled, the number of parcels, subsidies and other factors. Most FHE drivers can earn 30-35 dollars per hour including GST.
Can I actually receive the amount shown on the order-taking page?
Yes, after confirming that all the parcels have been delivered correctly, you can get earnings that is the same as the quotation when taking the order.
How to pay me?
Your earnings will be directly deposited into your bank account filled in FHE-APP every Thursday, and you will receive a payment notification email.
How to get an invoice?

It's past Thursday, why haven't I received last week's payment notification?
Please check whether you have a "pending invoice" payment at path: Personal Center - My Income. If so, please complete the invoicing on time, and we will pay for you on the next settlement date.
Why is there an order that has not been settled?
First of all, please confirm whether the order is an order from last Monday to Sunday.
In addition, the following conditions may affect your settlement:
The order contains parcels that have not been delivered;
The order contains parcels not returned to the warehouse on time.
Please complete the delivery on time or return the parcel that cannot be delivered to the warehouse. After confirmation by the warehouse staff, we will pay for you on the next settlement day.
Received the payment email, but why haven't I received transfer on my card yet?
The general bank processing time is 1-5 working days. Please wait patiently.
What exceptions will affect my final income?
We will not settle your earnings for abnormal situations caused by personal reasons, including but not limited to lost or damaged parcels, unfinished delivery, etc.
We will settle your earnings normally for abnormal situations caused by third parties, including but not limited to recipient rejection, system return, etc.
