¶ standard process
- Parcel pickup time: 8:00-12:00
- Personal safety: New drivers should meet with our warehouse staff to receive reflective clothing, which must be worn in the warehouse area at all times.
- Check in on time:we suggest arriving 5-10min in advance, late arrival may result in failure to check in and pick up.
Find the FHE warehouse:
- Melbourne：Please see attached traffic management plan for the Fast Horse parcels delivery in 8 Coral Court Keysborough. The exit from the warehouse will be the same way as entry. All the drivers need to follow the traffic management plan to pick up or return the parcels. Any driver unfollowing the TMP will not be tolerated and may result in being unable to take any orders.
- important!!! Please noticed, 10km/h limit applied on all vehicles.
- Find the pickup location:Route guide,Waiting area,Pickup area,Find the designated,parking space,Parking/Departure Signs.
- Find the block & scan the code: During pickup, please check your block number and scan the block number on the cart according to the APP guidelines; Generally speaking, the first parcel cart in the pick-up area is usually yours.
- Loading & Scan Barcode: Please scan the barcode of each parcel when loading, and a number will be displayed on the APP after scanning the barcode, which is the delivery sequence/order of the parcels delivered on the day.
- Marking Parcels (important!): After scanning every parcel, please use a marker to write down the sequence number shown on App in the lower left corner of the sticker, so that you can quickly and accurately find the right parcel during your journey.
- Return the cart: When all your parcels are loaded, please return the cart to the designated area.
- Ready to go: Please return to your car, set the first delivery location in the navigation, and wait for instructions from warehouse staff.

- You have only 15 minutes to pickup and load parcels, please hurry up;
- If you have any questions, please meet any of the warehouse staff first, they will be happy to help you.
¶ TIPS
- Parcels with large "sequence number" should be placed on the inside of the car as much as possible, because they need to be delivered last.
- We suggest putting the next 5 parcels that need to be delivered in the passenger seat to save unloading time during delivery.
- At the end of the pickup, please check whether there are any remaining unscanned parcels and confirm that all parcels are marked with a small green ✅ .

- [Picked less] All the parcels have been scanned, but the APP still shows unscanned parcels, what should I do?
- You need to contact the staff in the warehouse to remove the abnormal parcel from your order, and then you can complete pickup and start delivery.
- [Picked more] The APP shows that the pickup is complete, but there are still extra parcels in the pickup block, what should I do?
- You need to contact and inform the staff in the warehouse to leave the extra parcels where they are, and you can complete pickup and start delivery.
