¶ Standard process
- System will push the next day's orders to the "TAKE ORDER" interface at 13:00 every day.
- View your orders at the "TAKE ORDER" interface.
- Select specific order and swipe to take the order.

¶ Special Reminder
- At each day's order distribution time, drivers can check the orders that need to be delivered on the next day.
- First order distribution time: 13:00-14:00
- Second order distribution time: 14:00-15:00
- Please be sure that your mobile phone can receive notification messages from the FHE App, otherwise you may miss the order.
- Before taking an order, please first pay attention to the delivering area, the estimated delivery time, the estimated distance, and how much earnings you will get on the APP order page.
- Please be sure to accept the order within 1 hour of receiving the order notification message, otherwise you may lose the opportunity to accept the order and affect your subsequent orders.
- Failure to complete delivery after accepting orders multiple times may result in losing your FHE delivery eligibility.
¶ TIPS
We suggest drivers set an alarm clock at the order distribution time to avoid missing orders, which may cause loss of earnings.
¶ Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I choose to take my preferred order anytime?
- You can set "Order Preferences" to select the delivery time, delivery time, intended delivery area, etc., and the system will try to match orders according to your settings.
- Can I cancel an order that I have taken anytime?
- You can contact customer service to cancel the order 45 minutes before pickup. Afterwards, your order cannot be cancelled.
- I have completed the registration. Why can't I see the order?
- After you complete the registration, the review is expected to be completed within 1-2 working days. When you receive the "approved" email, congratulations, you have become our shipping partner. You will first enter the order-waiting state. Every day from 13:00 to 16:00, the APP will distribute orders. Please check in time whether you have new delivery orders.
